Anchor Land Group is a small, relationship-driven land acquisition firm focused on vacant land throughout Florida and the Southeast.

Founded by Kyle Senatore, Anchor Land Group was built on a simple idea: landowners deserve a straightforward, respectful way to sell property without pressure, gimmicks, or unnecessary complexity.

We work directly with landowners to evaluate each property on its own merits and, when there’s a fit, move forward with clear terms and a clean closing through a licensed title company. Our approach is intentionally conservative — we’d rather do fewer deals the right way than rush transactions that don’t make sense for everyone involved.

On the buyer side, we partner with local builders and investors looking for buildable lots in specific markets. This allows us to match properties efficiently and close transactions professionally.

Anchor Land Group is not a brokerage and does not list properties. We acquire land directly and may partner with or assign our interest to other buyers as part of the closing process. Every transaction is handled transparently and through established title and escrow professionals.
